For a yearly subscription of $35/mo*, enrolled patients receive all of the preventive services they need to maintain a healthy mouth. (children under 12 years is $25/mo)

*If you are not an established patient (if you are new to our office, or if you have only been seen for emergencies) there is a one-time activation fee of $149 per patient due when enrolling.

Payment Arrangements
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Kelly Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also provide financing through Sunbit & Proceed Finance. Please speak with our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Emergency Services
Have an emergency? Dr. Kelly and his team are often available for Emergency Services. Call our office 24/7 for more information, and listen to all options given. There is an emergency line listed on our voicemail with direct access to our clinical team.
